I would say that the kind of job i´d like in the future its something about investigation on cold climates, specifically about glaciers. I´d say that i imagine the job being somewhat outdoors, because sometimes it´s need it to go to field to gather information depending on the thing you are studying, this because there are a lot of fields regarding glaciers and it is necesary to complement theoretical information. On the other hand i also going to have to do indoor work, because it is need it that the information i could gather on the field is processed to make scientific work, to later publish the information. I really like the idea of travelling a lot in my future job this because it would mean that i could do field work on other places of the planet wich sounds really cool, I am not very worried on the kind of salary i want or i could make, because my philosophy it´s that if i am doing something that i really enjoy doing it the money its gonna come eventually, and this goes for everyone in my opinion, because once you are doing something that is your passion you are going to try doiing it the best every time, and that´s the key. I am not doing the major yet, but i am going to go to the geosciences aspect of geography, and it is because all the thing i wrote before, i also i like understanding things on how the world works, and two of the major things that got me in the carrer where questions on wealth inequality on society and climate change.
1) 1) About Chilean politicians i think they belong to a group of people related, most of them, to the politicians in the XIX century, having between them ties whether they are familiar, conjugal or friends, making them a group that doesnt have much diference in the way they think, and we can see, this if we follow politics, in the way they vote, and discuss things beyond what they say to the public. I 2) I disagree with the idea of having a exotic pet, if that means having an animal that usually lives in the wild, because i dont think it is the best for the animal, it is diferent when some animals , like dogs or cats have evolved in what they are in relation with us. 3) I think climate change it is a real thing, that have a natural component, but it has a antropic component too, that means that we have altered the atmosphere so much that we are seeing a dramatic change in Earth systems, and it is probably the gre...
I love this! I’m studying geography too and I can relate to many things that you wrote in your blog. I’m also into climate change and being able to understand how the different systems of the world work.
